Joint venture company Sörred Logistikpark, owned by Bockasjö and Platzer, is now building V2, a new logistics building of 24,300 m2 located on Hisingen in Gothenburg. The new logistics property will be occupied by Sportshopen. Completion is scheduled for spring 2023.
The building will be constructed on the Sörred 8:12 plot, and will be equipped with a 500 kW photovoltaic system. The new property will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM-SE Excellent.
The area north of the Port of Gothenburg has long been an attractive area for industry, logistics facilities and global trade due to its proximity to the port and good infrastructure. Numerous companies are already present in the area.
Sörred Logistikpark is particularly attractive because of its potential to offer extended high-bay warehouses. The detailed plan allows for shelves with a maximum height of 40 metres, which is unique for the area.
