We are now building the Etuna Logistics Park in the strategically strong Stockholm-Mälardalen growth area. The property will be ready in the first quarter of 2022, with an area of about 20,000 square meters. Apoteket will rent the logistics centre in a long-term lease.

Eskilstuna has a strategically advantageous location in Mälardalen. 35% of Sweden’s population can be reached within a 100 km radius, making Eskilstuna an ideal location in terms of logistics and the continued growth of e-commerce, where development and consumer demand are pushing a preference for same-day delivery of goods. 

The new property is located off the E20 and can be expanded by about 12,000 square meters. 

The Etuna Logistics Park will be environmentally certified in accordance with a BREEAM standard. Solar cells are a natural part of the property’s environmental installations. The solar cells in the logistics park will have a capacity of 2800 kW, as opposed to an ordinary facility, where capacity would typically be around 255 kW.
