Logistics Park Etuna 2.

We are now starting construction of the Etuna 2 Logistics Park. The property will be ready in the first quarter of 2023, with an area of about 29,000 square meters. GardenStore Nordic AB will rent the logistics centre in a long-term lease.

The area offers a well-developed infrastructure with a railway connection to and from Eskilstuna in all directions. E20 in combination with E18 provides good communication to several large, important cities in both Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region, an ideal location from a logistics and e-commerce perspective where goods should preferably be delivered on the same day as the order is placed.

The new property will be environmentally certified in accordance with a BREEAM Excellent standard. Solar cells are a natural part of the property’s environmental installations.
