Together with Kilenkrysset, we are now building one of the most sustainable logistics buildings in the industry. The newly-built logistics property will be occupied by Sellpy. The deal includes a 10-year lease and associated ‘green’ annex. The building is located in Rosersberg outside Stockholm.

We have been following Sellpy for a number of years and admire their development and drive. Sellpy emerged from the idea of making it possible for everyone to live a circular life. The fact that Sellpy is moving in is particularly positive as it means that we will be an actor that can make an impact and contribute to more sustainable development. 

The building will be equipped with a 500 kW photovoltaic system and will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM. Completion is scheduled for 1 September 2023.
