Together with Kilenkrysset, we are now building a new logistics center of 42,000 square meters in Rosersberg outside Stockholm. Through an agreement with Bockasjö and Kilenkrysset’s jointly owned company, we welcome KICKS, which will rent 29,000 square meters in the new logistics center.

It’s no coincidence that the new logistics centre is located next to the E4 motorway. The region’s infrastructure boasts smooth communication with all of the major cities in the Nordic region. With a combination terminal as its nearest neighbour, it provides an optimal location that’s perfect for logistics operations.

The combination terminal, with its railroad track connected to the main line, means that goods entering the port of Gävle can be transported by rail to Rosersberg for reloading onto a container, or if desired, to a trailer for further transport via the road network. 

The new property will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM.SE with a rating of Excellent. Solar cells are a natural part of the property’s environmental installations. The remaining 13,000 square meters are available for rent.
