Bockasjö has on behalf of Ellos Group constructed Virades Logistikcenter. Ellos Group has collected the bulk of its Home business in the new logistics centre. Operations will now be coordinated in the new logistics centre, previously they were spread across five different locations.

The property will be erected in two stages. Stage one comprises a leasable area of 34,650 square metres. An additional 18,200 square metres can be added to the building, provided Ellos orders the option of extension enabling this expansion. Stage one of the property was ready for the tenants to move into in the autumn of 2019.
