Åhléns Logistikcenter.

Åhléns Logistikcenter was, via a collaboration between Kilenkrysset and Bockasjö, built in one of north Stockholm’s most accessible areas. The property was completed in 2021 with an area of 37,560 square meters. The logistics centre is rented by Åhléns on a long-term lease.

The new highly automated logistics centre was ready for occupancy in late autumn 2021. The new logistics centre is owned by the company that Bockasjö and Kilenkrysset own jointly with a 50% share.

It will be possible to expand the logistics centre with an additional 10,000 square metres. The investment in construction, including the extension, totals approximately SEK 650 million.
