Postnord Logistics TPL AB and Bockasjö AB expand their partnership in Helsingborg
A long-term lease has been signed with PostNord Logistics TPL AB to build a 35,000 m² logistics facility next door to the property which PostNord Logistics leases from Bockasjö AB on the E6 in Helsingborg. Construction will begin in spring 2013 and move-in is planned for summer 2014.
The construction will be environmentally certified according to Green Building, which means the facility will be built to reduce electricity and heat consumption, i.e. that energy consumption will be 25% lower than the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s building regulations (BBR).
The property will be owned by Bockasjö AB, which specializes in building, owning and managing large logistics properties.
The two companies have an existing, comprehensive and well-functioning partnership. In a longer contract, PostNord Logistics is leasing the neighbouring property of 30,000 m² on the E6 in Helsingborg. The new facility is expected to employ around 100 people.
