Platzer and Bockasjö have signed an agreement with an international vehicle manufacturer that will move into 13,000 m2 in Sörred Logistikpark. The lease agreement runs for 3 years and includes a ‘green’ annex, and the planned completion date is April 2023. This lease means that more than 90,000 m² of Platzer’s and Bockasjö’s joint venture – Sörred Logistikpark – has been leased. 

Platzer and Bockasjö welcome a large international automotive group as a tenant at Sörred Logistikpark. The company is taking up approximately 13,000 m² of commercial premises in a newly constructed logistics building from the total 43,000 m² of commercial premises at the Sörred 8:12 property. The lease agreement runs for 3 years and includes a ‘green’ annex, and the building will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM-SE Excellent. Completion is scheduled for April 2023.

Sörred Logistikpark boasts an attractive logistics location close to the automotive industry and the Port of Gothenburg in the Torslanda area. During 2022, the JV has leased just over 90,000 m² of commercial premises from the total 135,000 m² available at the logistics park. The remaining space consists of two buildings of 30,000 m² and 15,000 m² respectively. Following today’s agreement, the largest building in the logistics park with 43,000 sqm of commercial premises has been let. In addition to the vehicle manufacturer, Schenker Logistics is also moving into the building.

SÖRRED LOGISTIKPARK is a Joint Venture (JV) between Bockasjö and Platzer, with each party owning 50%. Together the company will develop 130,000 m² of attractive logistics space on the Sörred 8:12 and Sörred 7:21 sites. Within the JV, Bockasjö will act as the business developer and Platzer will subsequently become the sole owner and manager of the completed properties on market terms. A total of 90,200 m2 of commercial premises has been leased out in the logistics park. Remaining plots range from 15,000 to 30,000 m² of commercial premises, all on the Sörred 8:12 property.
