Logistikfastigheter Sverige AB acquires the property where Lindex has its logistics centre in Partille. The underlying property value is SEK 148 million. The seller is Klövern AB.

The property, located in Partille just outside Gothenburg, has a leasable surface area of 14,756 square metres. The property has been the base for Lindex’s supply of goods since 2007.

In February 2016, property group Bockasjö and service pension company Alecta established a joint new property company, Logistikfastigheter i Sverige AB, with a focus on owning and managing logistics properties. Today, its stock amounts to approximately 300,000 square metres, with properties located in Helsingborg, Gothenburg, Landvetter airport, Örebro, Eskilstuna, Västerås and Arlandastad. All of the properties are leased through long-term lease contracts.

The company is equally-owned by Alecta and Bockasjö, and has its head office in Borås.

– “We see today’s acquisition of the property used as Lindex’s logistics centre as an interesting addition to our existing property portfolio. Its location in Gothenburg and the tenant are both the very best,” says Joakim Hedin, MD of Logistikfastigheter i Sverige AB.
