Landvetter Logistik Center leases 10,000 m2 to Vätterleden Logistik next to Gothenburg Landvetter Airport
Landvetter Logistik Center, which is 100% owned by Bockasjö AB, has signed a long lease with Vätterleden Logistik AB for 10,000 square metres in the first property under construction in Airport City Gothenburg. The property will be ready for occupancy on 1 October 2019.
The logistics park in Airport City Gothenburg comprises three properties with a total leasable area of 90,000 square meters. The total surface area will be leased through long-term lease contracts.
Vätterleden Logistik is a third-party logistics provider offering modern warehousing and logistics services. The new warehouse will enable Vätterleden Logistik to move its business from Kungsbacka to Landvetter and expand its capacity. Vätterleden Logistik is a company within the Vätterledens Invest Group that offers modern warehousing and logistics services.

The logistics park has an excellent location in close proximity to the airport, Gothenburg and the major road networks E6 and national highway 40, connecting strategic logistics sites such as Gothenburg, Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen.
