Kilenkrysset Swe and Bockasjö are leasing 20,400 m² to Sellpy in new logistics building
Kilenkrysset Swe and Bockasjö are leasing 20,400 m² to Sellpy in a new logistics building. The building is located on the Sigtuna Rosersberg 11:155 property, located within Stockholm Nord Logistikcenter, Rosersberg, Sigtuna Municipality.
The deal includes a 10-year lease and associated ‘green’ annex. The building will be equipped with a 500 kW photovoltaic system and will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM. Completion is scheduled for 1 September 2023.
“Bockasjö together with Kilenkrysset Swe is looking forward to building one of the industry’s most sustainable logistics buildings to be leased by Sellpy – a company whose business concept is in keeping with the times. We have been following Sellpy for a number of years and admire their development and drive. Bockasjö and Kilenkrysset have together developed four facilities in Rosersberg,” says Joakim Hedin, CEO of Bockasjö.
