GardenStore Nordic AB is leasing 29,000 square metres from Bockasjö AB, under construction in Eskilstuna Logistikpark

Property development company Bockasjö AB has signed an agreement with fast-growing e-retailer GardenStore Nordic AB to build a new logistics centre. The logistics centre of approximately 29,000 square metres is located in Eskilstuna Logistikpark and will be leased on a long-term contract.
“We are delighted to have GardenStore as a tenant in this new logistics centre,” says Joakim Hedin, CEO of Bockasjö AB. “The new logistics centre will be ready for occupancy in February 2023 and will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM with a rating of Excellent. Solar cells will be integrated as part of the environmental installations that the building will be adapted with,” says Joakim Hedin.
“GardenStore is experiencing strong growth and taking rapid steps towards becoming a leader in online sales of garden and outdoor products. The move to a modern and sustainably designed logistics building in Eskilstuna Logistikpark creates the conditions for our future expansion and more efficient logistics,” says Valentin Berg, CEO of GardenStore.
