Property development company Bockasjö AB has signed an agreement to lease 13,500 square metres to Samsung SDS in Bockasjö’s fourth property located on Hisingen island in Gothenburg. Samsung SDS will move in during the summer of 2020.

Bockasjö has built three properties in the same area with a lettable area totalling approximately 80,000 square metres. All three properties have already been leased on long-term contracts.

“Samsung SDS will be Bockasjö’s new tenant and we look forward to welcoming Samsung SDS to Hisingen Logistik Park. The facility was completed in 2019 and is located on Hisingen – one of Sweden’s absolute best locations for strategic and efficient logistics. We are looking forward to our collaboration with Samsung SDS,” says Joakim Hedin, CEO of Bockasjö.

“With this new modern logistics property on Hisingen, Sweden, we can now serve our customers from a strategic logistics site,” says Jessica Lind, Business Development Manager at Samsung SDS Sweden.

Christoffer Bladh Nord of CBRE Sweden AB was the advisor throughout the negotiation process.
