As a building engineer with responsibility for BIM (Building Information Model) at Bockasjö, I have the opportunity to contribute to creating sustainable and innovative buildings for the customer.

With an effective and close collaboration with business developers and project managers in a small and forward-thinking organization, we together create the logistics buildings of the future. In my daily work, I plan and design buildings and their surroundings, solve technical challenges, collaborate with designers and handle models and drawings.

Being part of Bockasjö and its forward-thinking spirit is extremely inspiring.Participation in an optimised organization, to be able to build modern logistics properties in top class – it engages me!

In my role, I´m responsible for managing the projects from design, through the construction phase all the way to moving in.

Large complex projects in combination with a small organisation require cutting-edge expertise in all positions and a high degree of collaboration – that is where we at Bockasjö are world-class!

My responsibility is to work with colleagues in finance, business development and project management to ensure that our constructions follow established financing and project plans. Tight communication and a keen eye on the numbers contribute to our goal of delivering state-of-the-art logistics properties, in strategic locations, to first-class tenants!

My task is, together with the rest of the finance team, to deliver high-quality reporting in an efficient manner, both internally and externally.

Constantly working towards development and better working methods motivates me in my work.

Bockasjö is a relatively small organisation based on close collaboration, which leans great transparency and commitment to the company.

A construction project is an organisation, therefore someone needs to take on the responsibility of leading it and making things happen. My daily work includes planning, procurement and contracting, and above all construction management as the client’s representative. Seeing a building grow from the ground up is something that drives and motivates me in my daily work.

With my background in large corporations, it is extremely stimulating to work in an organisation as streamlined as Bockasjö. Short lines of communication and a high level of participation generate strong results.

My role is to be responsible for the construction of the buildings. This means that I plan, manage, lead and coordinate all activities and functions within the project with the aim of delivering the right thing, at the right time and with the right quality level.

As CEO of Bockasjö, which is a small organisation, I have several roles. I work with Paul to draw up Bockasjö’s strategic guidelines and goals, I negotiate for funding of our projects and for our future tenants’ terms.

We receive all sorts of proposals for projects, and have to turn down many ideas that don’t fall within the fields we want to be best at – building modern, efficient, low-energy, green logistics buildings. Facilities with attractive locations for good tenants.

We’re good at keeping our focus. Everyone in the company is keen to deliver that special touch that makes everyone in the projects – tenants and entrepreneurs alike – feel they get their money’s worth. That kind of thing is easy to say, but hard to achieve. But I think we’re good at it.

The seriousness with which we treat our customers and carry out our assignments strengthens us as a company and as individuals. The company has immense expertise and quality, which is reflected in the results we deliver.

My job is extremely varied – one day planning land use, the next day negotiating procurements and managing construction work. Our company’s desire to constantly evolve makes every project a challenge as we try to do even better than the previous one.

As head of business development, I have the privilege of helping to develop the Bockasjö spirit in a compact, close-knit organisation. It’s inspiring and exhilarating.

It’s important for me to navigate in the right direction, to create and develop modern and efficient opportunities to meet customers’ needs for logistics properties in the right locations.

Delivering quality, on time, is a guiding star for me as financial manager, and for the company as a whole. And we do it all despite a minimal organisation. With 23 companies to keep track of, it’s important not to lose focus.

Seeing the possibilities instead of the obstacles or problems is one of our strengths. We’re primed for the future, constantly investing in new, exciting projects, with expert timing and instincts to press the buy and sell buttons at just the right time.
