Property and development company Bockasjö AB is selling a 55,000 m² logistics property. The property is located on Viared in Borås.
The buyer is a Norwegian investment consortium represented by Wilfast Förvaltning AB and Ness, Risan & Partners A/S. The purchase price amounts to over SEK 300 million. The property will be taken over on June 1.
It was built during 2008/2009 and expanded in 2011. The entire property will be rented by DHL, one of the world’s largest logistics companies.
“We received an attractive offer from a good buyer and decided to sell. Our project portfolio amounts to SEK 1 billion and we are in the midst of a strong phase of expansion that includes new investments in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Helsingborg. Before these impending investments, we’ve decided to further strengthen our cash balance,” says Joakim Hedin, CEO of Bockasjö AB.
“DHL’s logistics facility in Borås is an ultra-modern property and fits into our partners’ property portfolios,” says Mattias Wilson, CEO of Wilfast Förvaltning AB.
