Press releases.

DHL’s new property in Viared in Borås was officially opened in April last year. The property is now being extended by approximately 7,000 m² and will include a total of 55,000 m² of rentable space after the extension. The reason for the extension is that DHL has signed several new customer agreements that require more space.
The property is owned by Bockasjö AB, specialists in building, owning and managing larger logistics properties.
DHL is one of the world’s largest logistics companies. The company has annual sales of approximately SEK 600 billion and has 400,000 employees in over 220 countries. Approximately 140 people work at the Borås facility.
“We are delighted about DHL’s great expansion. It's inspiring to collaborate with a company as professional as DHL, “ said Joakim Hedin, CEO of Bockasjö AB.

“Being able to expand the business after just over a year is very encouraging. The new customer contracts mean that we will recruit about 20 more people in the long term,” says Bengt Bylund, Head of DHL Freight Storage in Sweden.

The Bockasjö Group operates in property management, property development, investment in forests and asset management.
